POSTER PRESENTATIONS AT THE EUROPEAN CONGRESS FOR THE MICROBIOME:
If you are looking for employment opportunities, funding or you would simply like to share your work with a like-minded group, poster sessions are a great way to get involved with this congress.
In order to present a poster at the forum you need to be registered as a delegate. Please note that there is limited space available and posters space is assigned on a first come first served basis (subject to checks and successful registration).
At the Congress, your presentation will be displayed in a dedicated poster area. Poster presentation sessions will take place both in the breaks and alongside sessions at pre-scheduled times.
We will also issue a poster ebook to all attendees with your abstract included and can share your poster as a pdf after the meeting if you approve (although this is completely optional if you have unpublished data or restrictions on what you can share).
Poster Charges
The Congress charges an admin fee towards the cost of providing the poster presentation area and display boards. These admin fees vary depending on the type of organisation you are representing:
Free with conference ticket – Academic Delegate
£50 – Industry Delegate

Upon registration, you will receive the submission form, which you can complete and return to us by the 23rd October 2015. This is the formal deadline however space is a limiting factor so early application is recommended.
